Santiago de Tezanos

Santiago de Tezanos (born June 25, 1971 in Montevideo, Uruguay) is a Uruguayan architect.

Education and Work

He earned his degree at the School of Architecture, National University in Uruguay (Facultad de Arquitectura, Universidad de la República). Since the start of his professional career, he has worked on a global scale, melding the worlds of architecture and information technology. This has led his practice to achieve a new level in the development of architectural design processes. Recent projects are in such diverse locations as the United States, Costa Rica, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Bermuda, the Virgin Islands, New Zealand, Morocco and the Cayman Islands. For several years, de Tezanos held a teaching position in Architecture and Technology at his former college, Instituto Crandon, in Montevideo.

The Harvard Graduate School of Design selected his practice as a case study in the field of global architecture services.
